What it takes to start an order with us.

Yes. Stock starts at 50 pcs, and minimums can differ by style — tell us which styles you are looking at and we will confirm. We produce samples before production so you can hold the bag, check the make and approve every detail before committing to a production run.

Yes. Many of our 300+ brand clients started with small trial orders. Minimums are low, sampling is done in-house, and every order — trial or bulk — is made in the same workshop with the same QC.
Each style is priced on materials, size, hardware and quantity, so there is no fixed price list. Send your reference and target quantity and you will receive a costed quote within 2–3 working days.
How quickly you can hold a sample in your hand.
Stock orders are usually ready for dispatch within 5–7 days.
A custom sample normally takes 10–15 days. Peak season can add to that — your contact will confirm the exact schedule before we start.
Working from your design, sketch or reference photo.
Yes. Send your design, a sketch, product photos or reference material and we develop it to your specification as an OEM project.
Yes. Send a reference image and we work out the design, material, structure and construction with you, then build a sample from it. Photos from your phone are enough to start.

Yes. Logo customisation on stock styles starts at 200 pcs per colour.
Gold, silver and gunmetal are the standard finishes, specified per style — send your reference and we will match it.
A new OEM development starts at 200 pcs per colour.
Yes. Any style in our line can carry your logo — embossing, foil stamping, printing or a woven label. Adding your branding is custom work, so it falls under the 200 pcs per colour minimum; stock from 50 pcs lets you test the style first.
Yes. Hang tags, dust bags and retail-ready packaging are made to your specification, alongside logo embossing, foil stamping, printing and woven labels.
What we make and how long it takes.
Materials are confirmed against the specific style and your requirements. Genuine leather, canvas and woven materials are all available, and we will recommend what suits the bag and your target price.
Handbags, totes, shoulder and crossbody bags, mini bags, chain bags and small leather goods — the current line runs to 110 styles, all customisable, plus full OEM development from your own design.
Genuine leather is our standard material. We also work in suede, canvas, woven materials and PU or vegan options — confirmed per style against your brief.
Production time depends on the style, quantity and level of customisation. We confirm the schedule with your order once the sample is approved.
Every order is inspected by our in-house QC team to the AQL 2.5 standard, and we prepare full export documentation for every shipment.
Yes. We develop the sample with you, confirm the spec, then handle production and export documentation, so your first collection lands ready to sell in your market.
How sample and bulk orders are paid.
Sample orders are paid 100% upfront. Bulk orders are 70% deposit to start production, with the remaining 30% due before shipment.
Western Union and bank T/T transfer are both accepted.
Transit times for express, air and sea.
Depending on the order we arrange international express, air freight or sea freight, and will recommend the best balance of cost and transit time.
International express is usually about 7–10 days. UPS and FedEx are available and DDP terms can be arranged. Express suits samples and smaller shipments.
Air freight is usually about 10–15 days.
Sea freight is usually about 25–45 days.
Yes. We confirm the shipping method and quotation against your destination country and order size.
We supply B2B clients overseas. Coverage and routing are confirmed per destination — tell us your country and we will come back with the options.
Our workshop is in Baiyun District, Guangzhou, China. Every order ships from Guangzhou by international express, air freight or sea freight, with export documentation on every shipment.
Yes. DDP terms can be arranged for express, air and sea shipments. Tell us your destination country and we will confirm the routing and costs.

Yes. Factory inspection can be arranged — please contact your representative about one week in advance, by WhatsApp or phone, so we can confirm the date.

Our workshop is in Baiyun District, Guangzhou, China — design, pattern-making, sampling and production under one roof. Visits are welcome by appointment.
