Soft, matte and hard to fake — suede is the material that carries a whole collection. We develop suede bags from your reference images or a physical sample, in genuine and microfibre suede, across hobo, shoulder, baguette and tote shapes.
Suede behaves differently from finished leather, and those differences show up most on compact shapes. It has a nap — a direction — so the same panel can read lighter or darker depending on which way it is cut and how the light falls across it. It also takes marks and picks up dust more readily than a coated surface. That is exactly why it is worth the care: nothing else gives the same soft, matte finish, and nothing else reads as expensive at arm’s length.
Three things matter more than the style itself. Dye lot comes first — suede panels are matched by batch, and a bulk order cut across different lots will show a seam that no amount of finishing hides. Nap direction comes second: cut inconsistently, and the colour shifts across the bag as it moves in the light. Cleanliness comes third, because suede absorbs oil, dust and residue that finished leather simply wipes off.
On the material itself, the choice usually comes down to genuine suede or microfibre and PU suede. Genuine suede is the underside of the hide — softer, more breathable, and it develops character with wear, but it asks for more care and varies between lots. Microfibre and PU suede are more consistent in colour, easier to clean and lower in cost at volume, which is often the right call for a first collection or a promotional line. Both are in production here, and we can send swatches so you can compare weight, hand-feel and colour before you commit.
The range on this page runs from quilted baguettes and half-moon minis through slouchy hobos, a fringe-trimmed shoulder bag, blade and square crossbodies, a top-handle mini and a soft tote. Because suede holds structure less firmly than leather, the shape is carried as much by lining, interlining and edge finishing as by the material itself.
Branding can be hot-pressed, foil-stamped, embossed, or applied as a woven, metal or leather label — with custom hardware, lining, dust bags, hang tags and retail packaging to match.

Every style on this page is made to order in our own workshop in Guangzhou. Our in-house pattern room develops each design from your reference images, sketches or a physical sample — adjusting dimensions, materials and hardware until the prototype is right.
Alongside suede we work in full-grain cowhide, calf leather, canvas and straw, with hot-pressed or foil-stamped logo branding, custom hardware and lining options. Stock styles dispatch in 5–7 days; custom samples normally take 10–15 days after material confirmation.
Stock MOQ: 50 pcs · Custom MOQ: 200 pcs per colour
Stock starts at 50 pcs, so you can test a suede direction before committing to a full run. Custom development starts at 200 pcs per colour. If you are unsure which suede weight suits your line, confirm the minimum with us first.
Genuine suede is the underside of the hide: softer, more breathable, and it ages with character, but it needs more care and varies between lots. Microfibre and PU suede are more consistent in colour, easier to clean and lower in cost at volume. Many ranges carry both — genuine at the top price point, microfibre below it.
Suede is matched by dye lot, and that is the main cause of visible colour difference across a large run. We confirm a material swatch against the approved sample before production starts, and we discuss lot availability with you up front if a colour has to be exact across a large run.
Suede responds well to simple routines: brush the nap regularly to lift dust, apply a protector spray before first use, and avoid prolonged contact with water or oil. Store the bag in a dust bag when it is not in use. We can include care cards with your shipment.
