Shoulder bags live on strap drop. A centimetre either way decides whether the bag tucks under the arm or slides off — so we confirm the drop before anything is cut.
A shoulder bag is worn close to the body, which means the strap drop, the body depth and the weight distribution have to work together. Too long and the bag bumps the hip when you walk; too short and it will not sit over a coat. Unlike a crossbody, there is no second wear position to fall back on. We build shoulder shapes in full-grain leather, calf and suede — from compact flap bags to slouchy everyday shoulders — and treat the strap as a structural part of the pattern rather than a trim.
Because the bag sits against the body, the details matter more than the silhouette: folded and burnished edges, a lining that does not shift, an internal pocket arranged so the bag keeps its shape when it is half empty. Every one of these is specified at sampling, so what you approve is what gets produced.
A shoulder bag sits between the structured top-handle and the casual crossbody, which is why it sells across price points. We make them for brands whose line needs one shape that works over a coat in winter and against a t-shirt in summer, and for distributors who want a silhouette that carries several materials.

Every style on this page is made to order in our own workshop in Guangzhou. Our in-house pattern room develops each design from your reference images, sketches or a physical sample — adjusting dimensions, materials and hardware until the prototype is right.
Materials cover full-grain cowhide, suede, calf leather, canvas and straw, with hot-pressed or foil-stamped logo branding, custom hardware and lining options. Stock styles dispatch in 5–7 days; custom samples normally take 10–15 days after material confirmation.
Quality control is in-house and runs to AQL 2.5, with an inspection before packing and export documentation on every shipment. Branding — logo embossing, foil stamping, printing and woven labels — along with retail-ready packing such as hang tags and dust bags, is handled in the same workshop.
Stock MOQ: 50 pcs · Custom MOQ: 200 pcs per colour
A shoulder bag is carried on a strap that sits on the shoulder, with the body resting against the side of the torso. Strap drop is shorter than a crossbody, so the bag stays close to the arm. We produce them in leather, suede and canvas, in structured and slouchy shapes.
Stock styles start at 50 pcs. Custom development starts at 200 pcs per colour, covering a new shape, material, hardware or your own branding. Confirm with us if you need a smaller first run to test the market.
Yes — that is the first measurement we confirm. Give us the drop in centimetres and we will build the pattern around it, checking it on a pre-production sample before production so the bag sits exactly where your line needs it.
Yes. Send a reference, a sketch or a sample bag and our pattern room will engineer the pattern, source the materials and hardware, and produce a pre-production sample for approval.
Full-grain cowhide gives structure and ages well; calf leather is smoother and lighter; suede drapes and suits slouchy shapes. Canvas and woven materials are also available. The right choice depends on whether you want the bag to stand up or fold down.
A costed quote comes back within 2–3 working days of reviewing your reference. Stock styles dispatch in 5–7 days; custom samples normally take 10–15 days after materials are confirmed.
Factory tours and third-party audits are welcome by appointment. Tell us what you are making and we will come back with materials, a costed quote and a sampling plan.
